Wesley Highland Place is a small assisted living facility with only 20 apartments but a progressive, neighborhood-type design. You won't find any "long hallways" here; instead, each room opens up to the common area where the residents receive their meals and socialize. The facility has a home-like atmosphere making it a warm and inviting place to live.
Wesley's focus is on the resident...with emphasis on physical, social and spiritual wellness. The Pastoral Care ministry includes worship, Bible study and support to both residents and their families. Most of the staff have worked at the facility for over seven years and take pride in the care they provide. Our staff helps the residents with medication monitoring and activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping and laundry. Our dietary department provides the residents with three meals each day. We have planned activities and a beauty shop in the building. Each room has a call light system, which the staff monitors twenty-four hours a day. The rooms also include a private bath, cable television and their own temperature controls.
